Market, sociological and opinion research. The legal basis will be the consent of the person who voluntarily provides their personal data by accepting this Privacy Policy, as well as the necessary treatment for the satisfaction of legitimate interests of Intercampo or by a third party to invite people to participate in market, sociological and opinion research, provided that such interests do not prevail the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the interested party that require the protection of personal data. The legal basis may be the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at its request of pre-contractual measures, as well as the necessary treatment for the fulfilment of a legal obligation applicable to Intercampo.

The purpose of this treatment is to identify those interviewees who have expressed their desire not to be contacted to invite them to participate in future market, sociological and opinion research. In addition, Intercampo will compare each database used to exclude those people who have requested not to be contacted. This treatment is based on the consent of the interested party when requesting not to be contacted in the future. In the event that an interested party does not consent to be included in this treatment, Intercampo cannot guarantee that he cannot contact said interested party to invite him to participate in future studies.

3.1 Participants in research processes
Investigación y Técnicas de Campo S.A. informs interested parties that their personal data will not be communicated to third organizations, unless said communication is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a person in charge of treatment. This contractual relationship will include the requirement for the data controller to delete or return the communicated personal data. In the event that we intend to communicate personal data of an interested party, we will inform you in advance and obtain your consent.
Investigación y Técnicas de Campo S.A. may communicate by legal obligation to the Tax Administration and other agencies of the Public Administration the appropriate data.

3.2 Clients and providers

You can only communicate the professional contact information of clients and suppliers to Financial Entities and Tax Administration and other Public Administration organizations necessary for the proper and regular development of the contractual activity with both customers and suppliers.

No communications of any kind are planned. This file is exclusively for internal use of Intercampo.

4. User Rights

4.1 Participants in research processes
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the participation of the person interested in the study, including its quality control. This period can be estimated at approximately 6 months since the last participation. This period can be extended to meet higher filing deadlines derived from a legal obligation.
4.2 Clients and providers
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the management of the contractual or commercial relationship. In addition, Intercampo will maintain professional contact information for as long as it may be of interest to Intercampo to offer or request future business activities. The term of conservation may also be derived from a legal obligation.
4.3 Website users
They will be kept for the time necessary for the attention of requests made by users, unless they request the deletion of their personal data.
4.4 Applicants in job selection processes
They will be kept for the time necessary to manage their participation in a selection process. In case of not being selected, personal data will be deleted after 12 months.
4.5 Base Exclusion Applicants
Personal data will be kept until the interested party requests its deletion or withdraws their consent to be included in this treatment.
5. Rights of interested persons
The legislation grants interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

Purpose: Market, sociological and opinion research, through telephone, face-to-face or online surveys.
Legal basis:
• The execution of the contractual relationship established between those who have voluntarily agreed to participate in the Panel accepting its conditions;
• The necessary treatment for the satisfaction of legitimate interests of Intercampo or by a third party to invite people to participate in market, sociological and opinion studies, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the interested party do not prevail over said interests that require protection data protection of personal data.
• The necessary treatment for the fulfilment of a legal obligation applicable to Intercampo.

Intercampo informs to the panellist that it is essential to provide the personal data requested to be part of the panel. Each person can freely decide whether to provide such data or not, but in case he decides not to provide it, Intercampo may not accept his request to belong to the Panel or cancel his membership later.


3. Special data categories
The panellist may be invited to participate in research processes in which he is asked about aspects that reveal ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, genetic data, biometric data aimed at uniquely identifying a natural person, data health related or data related to the sexual life or sexual orientation of a natural person. The purpose of this participation will always be the investigation of some topic that requires this information, but never to analyze the individual circumstances of the panellist. In these cases, we will inform you in advance and you can freely give your consent by agreeing to participate in said investigation process or not.


4. Automated decisions and profiling
In order to ensure that we invite you to participate in those research processes that best suit your sociodemographic profile, Intercampo analyzes and selects the personal data provided by the panellist. For example, if the profile required for a research process is women living in municipalities with less than 250,000 inhabitants, we will analyze the information provided by the panellist in their profile to randomly select the people who are offered to participate. The only consequence of this process is that, in case your profile does not match the one sought for a specific investigation, we will not invite you to participate in it. However, this does not prevent us from inviting you to participate in other research processes that best fit your profile.


5.   Communication to third parties
Investigación y Técnicas de Campo S.A. informs interested parties that their personal data will not be communicated to third organizations, unless said communication is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a person in charge of treatment. This contractual relationship will include the requirement for the data controller to delete or return the personal data communicated.
